2025 Al Cain Award

Congratulations to Lori Setzer!  She is the 2025 Al Cain Winner.  The Al Cain
Award is the most prestigious award from the ODSC.  It is for a member that
   goes above and beyond the call of duty for multiple years.  Here are just a few
of the contributions from our 2025 winner!

Member for 11 years
Golf Cart Raffle Co-Chair for 4 years
Entertainment Chair for 1 year
Started the New Member Ribbon Program
ODSC Dance Team for 10 years
Co-Chair of the ODSC Dance Team for 3 years
Parade Co-Chair for 2 years
Sold 50/50 tickets a gazillion times!!!
Teaches our free beginner and intermediate shag lessons.
                          Participates in all club activities working on various committees such as
               Myrtle Manor, selling Ways and Means, Fun Run Volunteer and Golf
Tournament Volunteer.

And if that was not enough, Lori has worked with Destination North Myrtle
                     Beach to promote shag and the ODSC.  She has regularly demonstrated the                        dance, taught the basic and provided shag history for visiting reporters,         
neighboring Chamber of Commerce groups and event coordinators.
